• Request three possible dates and time slots
• Register your patient details
• Pay a deposit to secure your booking or the full amount of your chosen service.

Before booking please ensure that you have read the relevant information about the service you are seeking on The London Ultrasound Centre or Cocoon4D websites.

You will need a valid credit or debit card to complete the booking request.

Please ensure that the booking and registration is made under the name of the patient not a friend or family member who may be making the booking on behalf of the patient.

If your request has been successful you will receive a booking confirmation letter and a deposit receipt by email.

Should none of your choices be available our bookings team will email or call you to offer an alternative appointment slot.
